Cristal Rae is an experienced  Registered Yoga Teacher and Life Coach.    She began her first yoga teacher training in 2005 at Down Dog Yoga Studio, followed by training with Shiva Rae at Kripalu Center. She expanded her training with Thai Massage, Basic Pilates Mat, Visceral Manipulation, and Somatic Freedom Techniques.

Cristal participated in the Applied Healing Arts Program at the Tai Sophia Institute and attended the Art of Coaching workshop with Tom Balles and Life Coaching with Peter Woodbury at the Edgar Cayce's ARE.  Inspired to support survivors, she also trained with American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) to facilitate survivor support groups and later with the Maryland Coalition Against Sexual Assault (MCASA) in sexual assault advocacy.  

Cristal is a graduate of St. Mary’s College of Maryland with a Bachelor's in Art and a minor in Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies. She continued to remain active in the Seahawk community teaching recreation and physical education courses.   She went on to earn an Associates at the College of Southern Maryland (CSM) where she was awarded: Outstanding Massage Therapy Graduate. As an adjunct at CSM, Cristal taught courses in Student Success, Massage Therapy, Faculty Development, and Wellness Departments.

Cristal has completed Medium-ship training with Psychic Medium Erica Marks. She has continued her education with coursework at Atlantic University in Transpersonal Psychology and training in Dreamwork. She has aslso trainedin in life coaching and Past Life Regression Hypnosis with Peter Woodbury at the Edgar Cayce ARE.
